Day 8: The real day of hell

Plyo Fix was soo hard! Lots of jumping up and down and my legs were on fire! All day at work of course I had been running around for my boss, trying to do my paperwork and help out the associates when they need it. I was super tired today and ended up sacking in my workout today. I would give myself a 8 out of 10 today for the workout. 10 out of 10 for water intake, eating all containers and getting my shake in.
